Under the General Data Protection Regulation, individuals have a number of rights in regard to data about them held by organisations. In particular, you have the right to see any personal information held by us about you, and to ask us to delete it.
Right to be forgotten
The GDPR includes the right for individuals to have personal data erased by organisations holding it, also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’. You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you by completing the form below and we will respond within 30 days. Please be aware that this right is not absolute and there are certain circumstances in which we cannot delete data, such as when there is a regulatory requirement to retain it.
Right to portability
The GDPR includes the right for individuals to receive a copy of any personal data held by organisations in an electronic format, also known as ‘subject access’. You can ask us to send you a copy of all data we hold about you by completing the form below and we will respond within 30 days.
